Meeting at 10 AM on Saturday 31st March Free & Fit NJ will be meeting in Hoboken for a run or walk or just coffee! We head out to the Frank Sinatra Park for a 2 mile run or 1 mile walk. Each group will be led by a member of our group with a bag check at Jeffersons Coffee shop and free pastry after!
