Todays Prayer & Reflection:
Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. In fact, Christ is so certain of who he is that he informs us that he is the ONLY way to Heaven. There is no GPS, cheat sheet or AI app to get you there. You can ask Siri, Google or Chat GPT and the answer will always be the same. Who is the Truth? That’s a question Pilate couldn’t define, Disciples couldn’t follow and David simply couldn’t live out. Truth is not relative, it’s what builds and breaks relationships and it’s the part of our faith that is most important. Remember, what ever is True, meditate on such things!
“Truthful lips will be established forever, But a lying tongue is [credited] only for a moment.”
Proverbs 12:19 AMP
Christ is Truth, his witness is evident to this day even after over 2,000 years of trials and persecution he and his Disciples faced and the countless numbers of miracles, salvations and the everyday exponential spread of the Gospel. We, as followers of the Way, are called to account for following Him and must be willing to surrender our own will for Him. Have we recognized in our own sinful nature and need for a closer relationship with Jesus? Today is our day to begin!
“But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you.”
John 16:7 NLT
Let us not fall short of the Glory of God and let’s consistently seek the Lord in all we do. Let’s put down our own agenda, seek to
Serve Him and be obedient,
Compassionate and willing to live only for Him!
Let us Pray…
Father God hold our hand, walk us through the sand and begin our exit from this land. Hold us tightly to remain in close proximity and personal relationship with you now, forever and always in Jesus name. Amen
