Revelation 21:1 AMP
““Behold, I (Jesus) am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to each one according to the merit of his deeds (earthly works, faithfulness). [Is 40:10; Jer 17:10; Matt 16:27; 2 Cor 5:10] I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End [the Eternal One].” [Is 44:6; 48:12; John 10:30]”

Todays Prayer & Reflection:
We have come to the end of our Revelation study and are entering into Ordinary time as we completed the final Sunday of Eastertide yesterday where we met the Churches Birthday at Pentecost. With us now entering into Ordinary Time it is important to remember why we have something Ordinary after something so Extraordinary at Easter where our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was raised to life! Hallelujah!
“I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all] and the Lamb are its temple. And the city has no need of the sun nor of the moon to give light to it, for the glory (splendor, radiance) of God has illumined it, and the Lamb is its lamp and light. [Is 24:23; 60:19, 20]”
Revelation 21:22-23 AMP
The major development is that not only Has Christ Risen from the dead, but we have now experienced the anointing of Peter and the Salvation of Paul. We have become aware of what it means to be true followers of the Way, to share our possessions, to let go of our own families and cultures for the Lord Jesus Christ our King of Kings and Lord of Lords and to pick up our Cross to follow Him!
““And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is the one who heeds and takes to heart and remembers the words of the prophecy [that is, the predictions, consolations, and warnings] contained in this book (scroll).””
Revelation 22:7 AMP
Whilst it maybe called ordinary, we actually have become aware of the more aptly named “Kingdom Time” and the Victory of the Cross, Resurrection of Christ and Meaning of His Life and Death leading us into Eternal Life through the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We can live in Kingdom Time as if Heaven were here on Earth in Jesus name! Amen

Almighty God please be with us in all we do, help us to overcome obstacles, challenges and guidelines in our own locality, growing regionally to become nationally known for our international superstar Jesus Christ! It’s in Jesus name we pray! Amen
